With most people this bias occurs on a subconscious level, and they are not consciously aware of it. For hundreds of years the Black community has been denied the financial and social opportunities that non-Black communities were given. And as a result, the Black community has suffered and is at the bottom of the totem pole when it comes to financial wealth. And instead of waiting for non-Blacks to fix the problem, Black people realize that we have to fix the issue on our own and that starts with supporting Black owned business like LOALCA.
4. Black Pride

The life coaching industry is dominated by people of European descent. So, many Black people feel proud to give their business to, and to get certified by a Black owned life coach training and certification programs since there are so few of them. And the fact that LOALCA is one of the best programs in the country, makes them want to choose our program even more. So, it's not about reverse racism it's about Black Love.
